L'Sota has experienced great success with orientation a.k.a."mini workshop". Orientations permit couples and single females to discover if in fact L'Sota and the alternative adult lifestyle is right for them. This is a very important part of the L'Sota experience. Orientation completion is mandatory for any couple or single to attend any L'Sota function.

You MUST attend and complete either the pre-Dance Blast Social orientation or the pre-Play Nights orientation before being admitted to any L'Sota function. Once you have completed either, you are good to go to any L'Sota function.

The presenters of L'Sota's orientation are couples as well as single females with years of experience in L'Sota as well as dedication to the Alternative Adult Lifestyle. The presenters of L'Sota's orientations have been invited to and have presented orientations for new couples at most all of the major national conventions including:

Before each and every L'Sota hosted function a very comprehensive Pre-Dance Blast Social as well as a Pre-Play Nights orientation for new couples and new single females is held. Pre-registration is required at least 1 day prior to the Pre-Play Nights orientation you desire to attend. Pre-Play Nights orientation is held on a Saturday night immediately before Play Nights. Please check the events section of this site for dates.

If you then desire to stay for Play Nights you are welcome to do so. L'Sota's Pre-Play Nights orientation begins at 7:30 p.m. and concludes at approximately 9:00 p.m. This orientation is smaller much more detailed than the pre-dance orientation.

Hear from the hosts of L'Sota "no bullshit" about what L'Sota is and what L'Sota is not. The hosts of Play Nights are experienced in swinging and lead this informative evening of discovery. There are no questions that won't be addressed, all topics shall be covered. This is the perfect opportunity to speak with swing club leaders on a virtual if not on a one-on-one basis.

Pre-Dance Blast Social or Event Orientation

The pre-Dance Blast Social orientation is held at 5:30 p.m. prior to every L'Sota Dance Blast Social. This orientation satisfies the requirements of all couples, single females and sponsored single male members to complete orientation prior to being admitted to any L'Sota function.

This orientation is a moderate version of the Pre-Play Nights orientation. To attend L'Sota's Pre-Dance Blast Social orientation which is held immediately before a Dance Blast Social. Simply register to become a L'Sota member. As a couple, single female or sponsored single male a $49.95 membership is required. If you purchase a "Dance Pass" you also shall be required to attend.

As a new couple or as a new single member to L'Sota your first L'Sota Dance Blast Social, OR your first Play Nights is also included with your membership. Members also receive discounted room rates at Dance Blast functions, as well as your password and Login for the L'Sota members only area upon this website.
